Their globally distributed team doesn't focus on leads and sales, but rather the service and satisfaction of its licensees and end-users. The team not only needs access to account and contact information, but needs to access sample inventory, training documents, key marketing files translated in many languages, and call report information from desktop and mobile devices.
The Blue Ocean designed a secure intranet CRM, integrating several of REMINC's separate business functions into one web application that organizes all relevant company data. Engineering manuals, marketing assets, contracts, insights, and other info is easily found in one place. The entire application is visually themed to reflect the organization's roots in Newport, RI, and this creates an enjoyable and simple user experience.
